Why has my One4all Gift Card been declined?

Here are some common reasons why your card may have been declined; please double check and try again.

Are there sufficient funds on your card?

The total cost of your purchase must be equal to or lower than the available balance on your card.


If you are purchasing online, did you enter the card details into the 'Gift Voucher' or 'Gift Card' section at checkout?

You must treat your card as you would a debit card and enter the card details into the 'VISA' or 'VISA DEBIT' section during the checkout process.


If you are purchasing online, did you confirm the payment?

If requested to do so on your chosen retailers website, you must confirm the purchase either via the One4all App or text message (please make sure we have your most up to date telephone number).
