Do I have to confirm my payment when making an online purchase?
In line with regulations, you might see a few extra checks when you shop online; this is to confirm it's really you using your card. When we need to carry out these checks, you'll see a pop-up screen at the checkout.
There are a couple of options to confirm your payment:
-Via the One4all App (recommended!)
-Via text message - we will send you a code to enter into the pop up screen
Please note, if you have selected app approval but have not received a notification, it may be because of your phone's notification settings. Simply open the app directly and you should see it!
