Why isn't my One4all+ card working?

One4all+ cards must be claimed via the One4all app and ID verification completed (unless we already hold valid ID verification for you). Cards will appear greyed out in the app until fully activated and ready to use.

To use your One4all+ card you must add the entire balance from at least one One4all card.
