I just received a physical One4all Gift Card and checked the balance but it is showing as €0, what should I do?

Funds will usually be loaded immediately, however, it can take up to 24 hours (from the time of purchase) for the balance to appear on your card. If your balance is still showing as €0 after 24 hours, please contact our customer services team for further assistance.
