Why can I not access my balance?
Make sure you have entered you card details correctly. Your card numbers is 16 digits and can be found on the front or the back of your card. Your CVV is 3 digits and will be found under the scratch off panel on your card.
Occasionally our payments processor may experience temporary connectivity issues which may affect One4all. This is temporary but does mean that for a short period of time our customers cannot access their balance. Please check your balance again in 15 minutes. If this problem persists for a longer period, we will update you via our alert messaging.
