Why are there charges appearing on my card?

We would like to acknowledge that a small percentage of One4all Chip & PIN and Digital Reloadable cards were deducted a charge ranging from €0.01 to €2.90 per card in error in December 2023. We have rectified this issue by crediting the same amount back onto affected customers' cards. All affected customers have been sent an SMS to notify them on the 15th December 2023. We would like to apologise to all customers who may have been affected.

One4all Gift Cards purchased from 1^st November 2022 can now be spent free of charges for 18 months following the purchase date (i.e. when the card was bought from a grocery store or online). After this time, a monthly charge of €1.45 will be deducted from funds remaining on the card, until the card balance reaches zero.

Please note, One4all Gift Cards purchased prior to 1^st November2022 are still subject to a monthly deduction of €1.45 per month after 12 months.

This charge is part of our terms and conditions, and we do try to make every effort to draw attention to this by highlighting it in our T&Cs and on our packaging.
