I Did Not Receive My Verification Code?
This may happen If you have entered the wrong phone number upon setting up your account. You can amend this under the account information section in your account:
- Log in to your account https://www.one4all.ie/customer/account/login/
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click Account information
- To edit the phone number, wipe out the number that is populated and enter the new one correctly
- You will receive a verification code via email to complete the amendment.
- Enter the code to confirm
