What do I do if my One4all Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please call our customer service team immediately on +353 1 8708100.

We will need you to provide the card number or original proof of purchase and we will require written confirmation of the lost or stolen card in order for us to block and replace it.

We also reserve the right to ask some additional security questions to confirm your ownership of the card and funds and there is a €5 Card Replacement Fee which will be taken off the balance of your card.

One4all cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying us of the lost or stolen card with full details.
