What do I do if my One4all Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or faulty, you think an unauthorised person has got hold of your card details or you notice any transactions that were not authorised by you/incorrectly executed, you must inform our customer service team immediately.

-If it is between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, please call us on +353 1 8708100

-If it is outside of these hours, please email help@one4all.ie

We will need you to provide the card number or original proof of purchase so that we can freeze the card, if needed, while we investigate.

Depending on the circumstances, we will issue you with a replacement card for which we may charge you the Replacement Card Fee of €5.
