My card didn’t work when I tried to spend it in-store

Please check:

- That you know your balance, and it is more than or equal to the amount you’re trying to spend.

- If the One4all Gift Card has expired (check the Valid Thru date on the front of the card).

- If the retailer’s card terminal is working correctly.

- Ensure you are spending the card in one of our participating retailers listed HERE
