Why am I being asked to verify my identity to use a Chip & PIN or Digital Reloadable Gift Card and is my data secure?

Our original One4all Gift Cards are anonymous e-money cards and are limited to a value of €150 due to anti-money laundering laws.

Our Chip & PIN & Digital Reloadable Gift Cards can hold higher values but, in order to be able to do this and comply with anti-money laundering laws, they require ID verification and are therefore considered non anonymous e-money cards.

We use ID-Pal to collect the required information as the process is easy, takes just a few minutes and all the data is securely held in line with GDPR requirements.

This process provides additional security to protect our cardholders against fraud and ensures a high level of security for processing personal data.
