I entered the wrong PIN 3 times when using my Chip & PIN Gift Card & now it is blocked, how can I unblock it?

You can unblock your card at an ATM; please follow below steps:

-Enter your card

-Type in the correct PIN number

See 'Can you resend the PIN number for my Chip & PIN Gift Card to me?' for more details

-Select the PIN services option

-Select Unlock PIN

-You will see confirmation on the screen that your card is unlocked & get your card back
