Why do I need to complete ID verification for my card?

Due to EU regulations imposed on all e-money products, we are now required to complete ID verification for customers who are issued cards with over €150 balance.

Chip & PIN and Digital Reloadable Gift Cards can be loaded from €150 - €500, so the activation process collects the required ID requirements to comply with these regulations.
